This LADA&LIZA piece has five types of decorative elements painted with floral and geometrical ornaments inspired by a Russian folk tale. The lavish design is inspired by rich decorations of Russian church domes and the image of the Firebird whose feathers adorn the faces of the decorative pyramids. The painting color scheme is based on the contrast: ‘deep burgundy’ is contrasted to dark green ‘night’s watch’, elegant grey to bright Khokhloma gold.
